SHARING OF ACCOUNT LOGIN DETAILS

Sambiglyon employees will never ask you to disclose your account details such as username, password, credt / debit card details, etc. If you are asked for such disclosure from an individual, please report it immediately to us, providing as much information as possible about the incident. Also keep your Sambiglyon account details private from other users: we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any personal losses or injury arising from the sharing of those details.

MISUSE OF THE LOGIN DETAILS OF OTHER INDIVIDUALS

You may not use another person's account details, such as username and password, to access login-protected Sambiglyon products and services under any circumstances, nor may you attempt to obtain the account details of other users or distribute these details to other persons.

IDENTITY FRAUD

It is not permissible under any circumstances to create an account on Sambiglyon products and services for the purposes of impersonating, insulting, mocking or persecuting other users.

Upon accepting the Sambiglyon Terms of Service, you agree not to make submissions to Sambiglyon products and services that: - impersonate the identity of another individual in any way or any aspect of the life of that individual. - are slanderous, libelous or violate the privacy of others.

Actions of this nature that are enacted by one user against another user through Sambiglyon's websites and online virtual reality centers will not be tolerated and constitute a clear breach of our Terms of Service that will result in a temporary or permanent exclusion from access and / or message posting and other contributions to our services.

PURCHASING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FROM SAMBIGLYON

Access to the Sambiglyon website and the majority of services and content hosted on it or linked to it is free. We also offer additional content for which a payment is required, and this fully optional content will necessitate the provision to trusted commercial companies (PayPal, eBay, etc) of further personal data, including:

- Home address

- Payment information (such as credit / debit card details, PayPal account details, etc).

Payment for Sambiglyon contents, products and services is made through the aforementioned trusted companies. Sambiglyon does not handle or store the sensitive payment data of customers on internet-connected computers at any time or in any form.

SHARING OF USER GENERATED CONTENT

Users are required to register for a free Sambiglyon account in order to share content with our users in the Sambiglyon community. Our services include public areas available to the general public, shared-access areas that are available to individuals that you have selected, and also private areas to which you may not have been granted access.

If you share content with others on Sambiglyon services, in either general public or shared areas, then you acknowledge and accept that individuals with whom you share content may be permitted to make use of that shared content in ways that you are not consulted on and may not agree with. If you do not wish for others to have those rights over your contents then please do not share.

LOGGING OF CONVERSATIONS

Sambiglyon will never keep logs of live conversations between users. Our Terms and Conditions do however provide us with the rights to commercially use textual messages and other non-live content contributed to the Sambiglyon website.

Furthermore, live private conversations between a user and Sambiglyon employees may be recorded for the purposes of providing customer support at a future date.

Please be aware that other users participating in a live conversation (e.g in a live discussion forum or in an online virtual reality environment) may log your conversation without your permission or knowledge if it is not conducted in a private communication channel. Sambiglyon has no jurisdiction over the logging of conversation in public areas / communication channels, nor the ability to prevent it. If you wish to keep your chat private, please conduct it in a private channel you know to be safe from eavesdropping.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances will Sambiglyon or its partners / affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees and representatives of these companies, be held liable in any way, shape or form for offense, harm, losses or damages of any kind that result from use of Sambiglyon products and services or third parties linked to Sambiglyon.

This includes, without limitation, incidental, indirect, special, consequential, compensatory or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, any form of content, information, materials, messages, opinions, statements, products, services or features, whether it is related to Sambiglyon or a third party.

The above clauses shall apply even in circumstances where Sambiglyon had knowledge of or should have had knowledge about the possibility of the damages to the user. Any formal dispute that the user has in relation to Sambiglyon, its products and services or the terms and conditions of those products and services must be registered with Sambiglyon within one year of the cause of the dispute.

The user must cease the use of Sambiglyon products and services from the time of the initiation of the dispute onwards. Acceptance of the Terms of Service at any time from that point onwards shall be assumed to be an acceptance by the user that the dispute is resolved to their satisfaction.

This applies to the user and their successors. It also applies to Sambiglyon and our successors and assigns. Your use of our products and services and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The Contract to which these Conditions apply, unless otherwise stated, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
